We sincerely apologize if you are trying to install the Borland products on the CD and are having problems. Several of these products require a key or password to unlock the software. To obtain the key or password, you must register at the Borland Web site by filling out a form of about 10 questions. 

To get to that form, please follow the installation instructions carefully. They will lead you to the correct location on the Borland site to submit a form to obtain the key or password. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience; however, these are Borland's requirements for publishers to have the right to place the software on the CD for the readers' benefit.
